We are pleased to announce we have just been awarded a 3 star grading for our new 2006 self catering cottage.
Overtoun Farm Cottage is a traditional country cottage set on the farm road of a working dairy farm. It is a lovely, well equipped cottage offering a warm welcome to those who wish a convenient base to explore Ayrshire and beyond.

The cottage itself is tastefully furnished and comprises a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, through dining room, bathroom with shower over bath and two large bedrooms.

The property is heated throughout by oil central heating, which is of course included in the rental, as are electricity, towels and bedlinen.

The master bedroom has lovely south facing views of Ayrshire. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and spacious fridge freezer.

The garage offers convenient storage for golfing, fishing or cycling gear and also contains a washing machine and tumble drier. The garden has two patios, one at the front with lovely views over rural Ayrshire and the other at the rear of the property offers a secluded spot for al fresco dining. There is also a clothes drying area and parking for two cars.
